HBA Golfers enjoy the delights of City West! 06/10/2009

On the 3rd of September past, all of the usual suspects made their way to the City West Hotel and Golf Resort for the 2009 HBA-Sealey Golf Challenge.  The new Lakes Course was in excellent condition and whilst the weather had been terrible all summer, it remained dry with the sun shining occasionally!    There was stiff competition in both handicap sections and at the shake-down, two new Winners emerged.   The Sealey shield was lifted for the first time by Brendan Laverty from Car-L-Parts Dundalk and the HBA Low-handicappers Sheild was won by Noel Bermingham from Limerick's Auto Diesel Services!   An excellent meal followed the round in the Terrace Restaurant and a few tipples were downed during the craic which followed!   Another great outing!
